Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Once you purchase and download a PDF pattern, you cannot "return" it, as the file is yours immediately after purchase.

However, if you have any issues with your download or questions about the pattern, please contact us at shopamgua@gmail.com and we will be happy to help.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there's a problem with the file (e.g., it's corrupted or incomplete), we'll send you a new one right away.
